For weddings and major events, we recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance. For smaller projects or arrangements, a minimum of 2–4 weeks is ideal, though we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Gaia Haus is based in Mexico City but works internationally. We source blooms locally whenever possible, and we’re equally at home designing in historic villas, modern galleries, coastal escapes, or countryside estates.
